Dear Karin
I write to thank you for running your Classroom Assistant Workshop for the support staff at St Cyprian’s School-in-the-Woods.Thank you for taking into consideration the differing levels of experience, and interest of each member of the group and for the learning environment created.
The course was a positive and inspiring one for our Support Staff, many of whom have been Classroom Assistants or worked in the School environment for more than 10 years. They are wonderful caring woman who came away from the workshops feeling empowered and indeed proud of their achievements.
I so appreciated the amount of work that went into your planning and preparation, especially the fact that you adjusted your course work material to suit our school’s needs.
The range of topics and themes covered has been well thought out and has had an impact on the relationship between the teaching, support staff and children in each class.
Along with my thanks, may I also take this opportunity to wish you well in this business venture. You certainly are filling a gap in providing a course suitable, appropriate and stimulating for Adult Learners.

Many of our teacher assistants in the Herzlia preprimary schools were fortunate to attend a comprehensive child-care training course with Karin over a period of three days.
The course content was stimulating and thought provoking and the assistants felt they gained a great deal of insight and knowledge which affirmed the experience working with young children
A valuable section of the training encouraged them to reflect on their role and to feel affirmed as to the value in the class.
Each participant received a certificate and a post discussion was carried out at the end with me.
Karin is a friendly, organized, energetic and focused trainer. We are most satisfied with the course.
